Phase 1 (0-30s): Warm-Up

Low speed, sparse obstacles. Don't relax — this is the best time to train your "pre-planning" habit. Force yourself to plan 2 seconds ahead instead of reacting at the last moment.

第二阶段(30-60秒):加速期

Phase 2 (30-60s): Acceleration

速度明显提升,对向车开始出现。这时候错误率最高——因为你在用"低速思维"处理"高速场景"。

Speed picks up noticeably. Oncoming cars appear. This is where most mistakes happen — because you're using "low-speed thinking" for a high-speed scene.

应对策略:这个阶段开始"微幅修正"。不要大幅度变道,每次只移动半个车道。大幅度动作在加速后很难收回来。

Counter strategy: Start "micro-adjusting" in this phase. Don't make large lane changes; move half a lane at a time. Big movements are hard to recover from after acceleration.

第三阶段(60秒+):极限期

Phase 3 (60s+): The Limit

速度拉满,障碍物密集到几乎没有安全区。这时候生存已经不是靠反应,而是靠"肌肉记忆"和"路线直觉"。

Max speed. Obstacles are so dense there's barely a safe zone. Survival here isn't about reaction anymore — it's muscle memory and route intuition.
